ChromeFree leather is soft and light. Coming from farms in southern Brazil (Rio Grande do Sul), it undergoes an innovative tanning process in which no chrome, heavy metals or dangerous acids are used. By simplifying the tanning process, the use of chemicals, energy, water use is reduced by approximately 40% and salt use by 80%. After tanning, the water is recyclable.

Mimo.cool does not deliver to PO Boxes, in case the address is not a home, office, or do not have a person to receive the order, it will be rejected.
If the customer is not completely satisfied with his purchase, he has 15 days to return the product without additional costs. To proceed with the return, the customer must comply with the following steps:

The shipping cost of the return is borne by the customer. Upon receipt of the product and careful analysis of its condition, Mimo.cool will refund the amount in the same payment method used by the customer. The crediting of the amount returned to the buyer's account will have a period between 8 and 14 days, different for each banking institution.
